Hollingsworth "Worth" McMillion (October 8, 1926 - June 5, 2015) was a NASCAR driver from Amelia, Virginia. He competed in 62 Grand National Series events in his career, spanning from 1962 to 1969.

McMillion never competed in a full season, but made the most out of what he had. He would earn 18 top-10s (29% of starts), including a career-best finish of 5th at Hillsboro in 1968. Yet it was in 1964 when he earned a career-high six top-tens and career-best 30th in points.

After finishing 14th in a 1969 race at Richmond International Raceway, McMillion hung up the helmet.

McMillion passed away on June 5, 2015.
