Tom Hubert is an American road course racer born in Cottonwood, California on August 6th, 1964.

In NASCAR, Hubert is known as a Road Course Ringer. Hubert has ten Nextel Cup starts, for a variety of teams including Dana Racing, Bill Davis Racing, Kirk Shelmerdine Racing, and Penske Racing. Hubert has not enjoyed sucess in the Nextel Cup series. However, he has found his most success in the Craftsman Truck Series, scoring two top fives in fifteen races, racing for Dana Racing. He dominated the 1997 Kragen / Exide 151 at Infineon Raceway only to finish second to Joe Ruttman. Hubert won a pole at Infineon the following year. Hubert also has twelve career starts in the Busch Series for Bill Davis Racing.
