Skip Manning (April 23, 1945 - ) is a former NASCAR driver from Bogalusa, LA. He competed in seventy-nine Sprint Cup Series events in his career, spanning from 1975 to 1979. Manning was one of the most successful independent drivers during the time period, finishing 14th in 1977 points and earning sixteen top-tens in his career. His best finish was a 3rd at Talladega in '77.
