Mark Petty is a former NASCAR driver from Randleman, NC. He is the nephew of Richard Petty and competed in nine Craftsman Truck Series events in his career, earning one top-ten.

Petty's debut came in 2000, when he competed at ORP. Starting 16th in the field of thirty-four, Petty fell four laps down in the event and struggled to a 22nd place finish. He also struggled a bit in the next three races, finishing no better than 18th at Chicago after two DNFs. But Petty ran exceptionally well in his last three events that year, finishing 18th at Dover, career-best 10th at Texas, and 14th at Fontana.

Petty's final two races came in 2001, when he competed in the first two races of the season. It was a struggle for the young driver, DNFing to a pair of 32nds at Daytona and Homestead-Miami.
