Joe Kelly is a former NASCAR driver from Quakertown, PA. He competed in three Nextel Cup Series events in his career with a career best effort of 15th. However, he mainly competed in the Busch Series, where he raced twenty-seven times. He earned six top-tens in that series, finishing a best of 5th at Darlington.
