Jimmy Ingalls is a former NASCAR driver from Boca Raton, Florida. He competed in five Nextel Cup events in his career.
Ingalls made his debut in 1983, when he drove a personally owned car at the spring Dover race. Starting 31st, Ingalls made his way up through the field slowly and would end up 17th on the field. He was slightly worse in the fall event, when he come home 18th.
Ingalls switched to D.K. Ulrich's team for 1984, driving the final three races of his career with Ulrich. None of the results would match his 1983 series, with two crashes and a 22nd at North Carolina Speedway. He did set a career best start of 27th at Dover and career best 68th place in points.
