Jack Goodwin is a former NASCAR driver from Berkeley, CA. He competed in six Sprint Cup Series events in his career, earning one top-ten.

Goodwin's debut came in 1951, when he competed at Canfield. It was a tough opener for the driver, falling a number of laps behind the field of thirty-eight and winding up with a mediocre 28th place finish. But Goodwin managed a good recovery after that, competing in two more races during the year to capture career-best finishes of 6th at Detroit and 13th at Darlington.

Goodwin scaled it down to just a one race schedule during the 1952 season, when he competed at Daytona Beach. Starting 33rd in the field of sixty-one, 33rd is where Goodwin would finish after a so-so afternoon.

Following that race, Goodwin took a long hiatus, not returning to the sport until the 1965 Speedweeks. Goodwin tried his hand at making the prestigious Daytona 500, but starting and crashing to last place (28th) in the Qualifier event prevented Goodwin from making the show.

Goodwin's last career race also came at Speedweeks, this time during the 1966 season. Goodwin again failed to make the Daytona 500, ending his career with a disappointing 24th place finish in the Qualifier.
