Homer Newland (February 17, 1930 - July 4, 1997) was a NASCAR driver from Dearborn, MI. He competed in three Nextel Cup Series events in his career.

Newland's debut came in 1955, when he competed at Morristown. Starting positions in the field of thirty are unknown, but Newland only completed 120 of the 200 laps in route to a mediocre 22nd place finish.

Newland didn't return to action until 1969, when he competed at Michigan. Starting 42nd in the forty-four car field, Newland again fell many laps behind and struggled to a 36th place finish. Engine problems hampered Newland in his final race, blowing his mill and finishing 27th in the inaugural Talladega race.
