Gene Coyle ( - May 13, 1991) was a NASCAR driver from Piscataway, NJ. He competed in two Nextel Cup Series events as well as two Busch Series events in his career.

Cup Series[]

Both of Coyle's races came in 1984, when he debuted at Pocono for Bahre Racing. Starting last (40th) in the field, Coyle fell a number of laps down in the race and kept his care clean to finish 18th, a series best. He also ran respectable at Dover, finishing 21st.

Busch Series[]

Coyle's Busch debut came in 1984, when he competed at Rockingham in his own car. It was a solid race for Coyle, starting 22nd but keeping out of trouble to rise to a series-best 11th place finish.

Coyle's other Busch race came in 1986, when he raced at Rockingham. Starting 29th in the field of thirty-eight, Coyle again had a clean race and wound up finishing 22nd.
