Gene Blair is a former NASCAR driver from Buffalo, NY. He competed in one Sprint Cup event in his career before he died on August 18, 1962. That race came in 1957, when Blair started 18th in the inagural event at Watkins Glen. Despite being twelve laps down, Blair managed to finish 13th at the end of the race.
