Budweiser is a popular alcoholic beer beverage made by Anheuser-Busch InBev Brewing Company.

Budweiser began sponsorship in the Cup Series in 1983, with the Billy Hagan-owned #44 of Terry Labonte. The next year, they began sponsorship of the two-car Junior Johnson team of #11 Darrell Waltrip and #12 Neil Bonnett. Bud continued sponsorship of the #11 until the end of 1994. They moved to the #25 Hendrick Motorsports team between 1995 and 1999. They sponsored the #8 Dale Earnhardt Inc. Chevrolet Monte Carlo driven by Dale Earnhardt Jr. between 1999 and 2007. They then sponsored the #9 Richard Petty Motorsports Dodge/Ford driven by Kasey Kahne from 2008-2010 until Kahne moved to Team Red Bull in 2011. Budweiser last sponsored the #4 Stewart-Haas Racing Chevrolet SS driven by Kevin Harvick until they were replaced by Busch Beer in 2016. In 2023, Budweiser returned to sponsor Harvick in the 4EVER 400 Presented by Mobil 1. The scheme honored Harvick's 2014 scheme which he won the Cup Series championship with.
