Bob Evans is a country-style restaurant that was a NASCAR sponsor.
It sponsored the #1 Phoenix Racing Chevy from 1999-2000 in the Busch Series. The company was only on board for a limited schedule early in 1999, but Randy LaJoie's victory at Daytona in the season opener made the deal a reality.
In 2000, at Homestead-Miami, the #1's new sponsor Yellow Transportation debuted on the car. Bob Evans instead appeared on a second Phoenix car, the #51, driven by P.J. Jones. It has not sponsored in NASCAR since.
