The 2004 Pepsi 300 was a Busch Series event that took place at Nashville Superspeedway in April 2004. The race was won by Michael Waltrip in a wild finish in which the top four cars wrecked with two to go. Waltrip crossed the white flag in sixth, avoided the wreck and was ahead of Johnny Sauter at time of the caution for the win.
