The 2004 Alan Kulwicki 250 was a NASCAR Busch Series event that occured at the Milwaukee Mile in June 2004. It was won by Ron Hornaday. David Stremme, who finished second, won his first career pole.

David Stremme won his first career pole, clocking in at 122.553 mph. Wisconsin native Johnny Sauter joined him on the outside of the front row, while Hornaday qualified tenth. Points leader Martin Truex, Jr. started seventeenth.
