The 1995 Lowe's 150 was a Craftsman Truck Series race that occured at North Wilkesboro Speedway on September 30, 1995. Mike Bliss won his first career event, holding off a run by Butch Miller. Mike Skinner finished tenth after starting on the pole, allowing Joe Ruttman (6th) to cut Skinner's point lead down to twenty-five markers.


Mike Skinner, the points leader, won his seventh and final pole of the year (season high among all drivers), turning in a lap of 116.315 mph for the series' inaugural event at the track. Ernie Irvan, making his first series start since his horrific 1994 practice crash at Michigan, was the outside pole sitter. Meanwhile, eventual race winner Bliss started in 13th.
