The 1994 Kroger 200 was a Busch Series event held at O'Reilly Raceway Park on August 5, 1994. Mike Wallace held off Tommy Houston for his third win of the year and what would win up being his last win until 2004. With a solid seventh place finish, David Green took a 119-point championship lead on Ricky Craven, who finished sixth.
